I apprehensively booked the Esperance tour back in December. It was my first holiday alone, I had done little hiking and I was about to do both as well as sleeping outdoors in a swag with 12 strangers. No need to worry, Natalie, our guide for the week was awesome. Down to earth, friendly, fun and a great knowledge of the south west region.
The group, majority in their twenties, were fantastic. We all mucked in at mealtime, no tantrums and we all got along with lots of laughs on the way. The tour took in in many of south west WA's beauty spots, of which there are many. Starting off at Wave Rock, which was amazing. Stunning beaches, forests, hill climbs and my favourite, a trip to the Ngilgi Caves and an marvellous insight into Aboriginal culture from Josh. An excellent day sampling the Margaret River wineries was followed by more stunning coastlines and places of interest before heading back to Perth and a great night out with the gang. I would highly recommend this tour whether your with Natalie or Amanda, both excellent guides.
