Itinerary

Day 1 : Airlie Beach to Whitsundays
Sail across Whitsunday Passage taking in the scenery of this spectacular destination. By 3:30pm, our yacht will be anchored in a pristine bay and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a snorkel on the Fringing Coral Reefs of the Whitsundays. Hop back on board for sunset drinks. After dinner, relax, enjoy a few drinks before settling down for the night.

Day 2 : Tongue Bay and Whitehaven Beach
After breakfast, sail to Tongue Bay where guests will go for a guided bush walk to the famous Hill Inlet Lookout, a spectacular viewing platform which overlooks Whitehaven Beach. Then follow the walking trail and enter onto Whitehaven Beach for swimming, exploring or sunbathing. Back on board enjoy a freshly prepared lunch before setting sails for an afternoon sail to Hook Island at the northern end of the Whitsundays. Enjoy an hour on the beach, relax on board or go snorkelling before the sun starts to set over the islands. Tonight's sunset will be one to remember as it sets over the water.

Day 3 : Return to Airlie Beach
It's an early breakfast this morning before a chance for a last swim before setting the sails and leaving the islands for Airlie Beach. Arriving back at the marina at 10:30am, it is time to bid farewell to new found friends. This cruise itinerary is an example only and will differ depending on weather, tides and the Captain's judgement.

Departs: Abell Point Marina, Airlie Beach at 1.00pm
Returns: Abell Point Marina, Airlie Beach at 10:30am

Check in by 10.30am the day of departure at Explore Whitsundays Shop 1, 4 Airlie Esplanade Airlie Beach. Meet at Abell Point Marina at 12:40pm.

Available Extras

For tours taking place over 24 & 25 Dec 2019 a levy of $20 per person is payable at Check-in.

 From 1st April 2020 GBRMPA and QPWS will collected locally at Check in. The EMC (Environmental Management Charge) cost payable per passenger is $23.00pp. These monies go towards the management, maintenance and protection of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and the National Parks now and in the future.

•                     Overnight tours departing 24th December 2020- returning 2nd January 2021  will incur a local payment once-off fee of $20 per person per night, payable direct in the Reservations Office, at check in.

•                     • Overnight tours departing on Easter 2020 Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will incur a once-off fee of $20 per person per night, payable direct in the Reservations Office, at check in.
